    Our client is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative team focused on pushing the boundaries of applied artificial intelligence and large-scale model optimization.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Lead initiatives involving fine-tuning or distillation of large-scale models for specialized tasks.
    • Design, build, and optimize multi-agent architectures (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, crewAI) to enable distributed AI functionality.
    • Develop and implement multimodal systems integrating text, image, and audio inputs.
    • Contribute to AI-first features that incorporate feedback loops, human-in-the-loop systems, or adaptive behaviors.
    • Engage with research and open-source communities through publications or contributions to leading AI projects.

    Requirements:

    • Senior-level experience with a proven track record in AI/ML model development and deployment.
    • Strong programming skills in Python with experience using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
    • Advanced knowledge in Deep Learning, NLP, and LLM fine-tuning, including hands-on work with Hugging Face Transformers.
    • Demonstrated experience deploying LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) into large-scale production environments.
    • Proficiency with cloud and MLOps tools (AWS, Azure, GCP, MLflow, Kubeflow, containerization).
    • Solid understanding of distributed systems and data engineering principles.
    • Strong knowledge of orchestration tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and experience with agent-based systems.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
    • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
