    Senior Data Scientist / AI Engineer

    We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer/AI Engineer to join our client’s Data Analytics & AI Team, where you will play a key role in constructing and automating the infrastructure of our data and AI platform and developing functional data components. Working in collaboration with our business unit platform teams, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and managing the infrastructure and tools that enable efficient processing and analysis of large data sets to support the successful running of AI projects.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Working as a part of the Prague Data Analytics team and our global network of experts, you will be responsible for building modern data solutions as well as designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable production-grade data products.
    • Applying expertise in quantitative business analysis, data mining, and AI the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers
    • Deploying Machine Learning Models – Collaborate with data engineers to deploy ML models (incl. LLMs) into production environments. Leverage tools like Kubeflow, MLflow to streamline the end-to-end ML lifecycle. Ensure seamless integration of ML models with data pipelines.
    • Work closely with the product team to design solutions to data problems from data
    • Cooperate with our Applications and Products development teams to operationalize your machine learning models in the final products.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • BSc or MSc University in Math, Computer Science, Physics, Operational Research or related
    • Proven track record of success in executing, and leading resources to execute, data science solutions in commercial settings across the whole data science project lifecycle
    • Hands-on experience with one or more cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP)
    • Strong command of data analysis tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, PySparka, and R
    • Knowledge of tools and programming languages used in large data sets analysis (Spark, Data Bricks, Pig)
    • Overview in area of genAI, LLMs (GPT, Mistral, LLama2, Phi), orchestrators (LangChain LlamaIndex), Vector storages (Chroma, Milvus, Pinecone), inference platforms.
    • Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
    • Willingness to learn new tools and software solutions.
    • Very good spoken and written English
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – essential in day-to-day cooperation with clients and the team
    • Focus on teamwork and leadership skills
    • Willingness to travel within the EU (limited)
