    Our client is a global tech company undergoing an exciting transformation, looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their growing team in Poland.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • 6+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with strong expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) on the backend.
    • Advanced hands-on experience with React (Hooks, functional components, state management, modern tooling).
    • Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining microservices architectures.
    • Solid experience deploying and building cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure (App Service, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Azure SQL/Cosmos DB, Key Vault, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of RESTful API design, event-driven architecture, and distributed system principles.
    • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service).
    • Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, preferably using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
    • Strong UI/UX fundamentals and ability to translate designs into responsive, accessible, high-quality front-end implementations.
    • Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) for both frontend and backend.
    • Familiarity with performance optimization and monitoring tools (Application Insights, Log Analytics).
    • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong ownership mindset.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using .NET on the backend and React on the frontend.
    • Architect and build scalable, secure microservices and distributed systems hosted on Azure.
    • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features end-to-end.
    • Develop clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
    • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to long-term technical strategy.
    • Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and automation.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the stack-frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
    • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability, including monitoring production systems.
    • Perform code reviews, provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, and help cultivate engineering excellence.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in .NET, React, Azure, and full-stack development in general.
