    Our client is a well-funded, stealth-mode climate and energy technology spin-off based in Munich, Germany, currently looking for a Fullstack Product Engineer (Python & JavaScript) to join their growing team and help build next-generation infrastructure for distributed energy systems.

    Backed by an established organisation in the energy optimisation space, the company operates independently and has recently secured significant growth funding. The team is building an Infrastructure-as-a-Service platform from the ground up, enabling real-time connectivity, monitoring, control, and API integrations across distributed energy assets and market participants.

    You will work closely with founders and cross-functional teams in a true zero-to-one environment, taking ownership of product development from concept through to production.

    Skills and Requirements:

    · Minimum 3+ years of software engineering experience (mid-senior level).
    · Strong experience building production systems using Python (FastAPI preferred).
    · Solid frontend development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (React / Next.js).
    · Experience deploying and operating cloud-based systems (AWStold ).
    · Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (CDK, Terraform or similar).
    · Product-oriented mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities.
    · Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-paced startup environment.
    · Strong communication skills in English.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    · Own end-to-end feature development from concept to production deployment.
    · Design and build scalable data models, APIs, UI components, and deployment pipelines.
    · Develop secure, high-performance systems supporting distributed energy infrastructure.
    · Improve observability, reliability, and developer experience across the platform.
    · Collaborate closely with founders to shape product direction and technical decisions.
    · Contribute to architectural discussions and continuously improve engineering practices.

    · CI/CD and Docker

    Interview Process:

    · Introductory call with founders
    · Short take-home exercise (2-3 hours)
    · On-site technical deep dive
