    Our client is a reputable construction company who are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a project based in Maidstone.

    Main scope of work will consist of roof repairs, repointing, strip out, structural timber repairs.

    Skills & Requirements:

    • Valid CSCS,SMSTS and First Aid qualification
    • Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar projects
    • Ideally experience within the areas listed above
    • Commercial knowledge
    • Good communication and leadership skills
    • Working references – essential
    • Will be required to interview with the client
