Marketing Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join and develop within an international recruitment agency.

About the Role

You will work in a busy marketing team that manages the marketing across 3 divisions. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other key stakeholders in the business.

You will assist with the following:

• Posting and refreshing job ads
• Internal marketing
• Dealing with daily enquiries
• Social Media posting on various social platforms – LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
• Blog generation
• Create artwork for digital output
• Arranging internal and External Events – researching industry events to attend, managing logistics, marketing campaigns promoting Cavendish Professionals’ attendance
• Creating client new business campaigns
• Creating brand awareness campaigns
• Website maintenance (SEO Management)
• Creation of marketing collateral

Desired Candidate

• A passion for marketing
• 1 year of work/placement experience (desirable)
• An enthusiastic people person with excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Creative and has strong attention to detail
• A can-do positive attitude
• Highly sociable and professional
• Ability to self-manage and take direction when given
