Michal is a technology leader with almost twenty years of experience spanning multiple industries. Beginning his career as a software developer, Michal initially focused on individual contribution before discovering the value of teamwork and leadership. For the past decade, he has specialised in building and developing high-performing teams, supporting individuals, teams, and organisations to grow and improve. Michal is an advocate for engineering excellence and continuous learning, combining experience from both corporate and start-up environments to drive meaningful change.
Kacper serves as Technical Program Manager at StoneX, where he focuses on project delivery while overseeing local business analysis and global end-to-end testing functions across the IT organization. With a background spanning software development, people leadership, and cross-functional program delivery, Kacper brings extensive experience in building high-performing teams, driving organizational collaboration, and aligning technology execution with business objectives. Having previously led and grown engineering teams and worked closely with executive leadership in a central strategic role, he has developed a strong perspective on bridging technical and business priorities. His experience enables him to foster collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups and create the conditions for teams and leaders to succeed together.
With over 18 years of experience in software development and more than 12 years leading and scaling global engineering teams, Greg has built high-performing organisations and mission-critical products across Fintech, AI, cybersecurity, and SaaS environments. His experience spans global companies including Cisco, HSBC, and ABB, as well as startups and entrepreneurship, combining strategic leadership with deep technical expertise.
Passionate about engineering culture, psychological safety, and people-focused leadership, Greg is also the co-founder of Neuro+Hub – a community exploring the intersection of leadership, neurodiversity, and technology through authentic conversations, practical learning, and meaningful collaboration.
Katarzyna is the Director of Platform Engineering at FedEx Dataworks Poland with over 20 years of experience in IT. She specialises in building and running Agile development teams in various industries: logistics, finance and banking, sports betting, hospitality and supply chain. Before entering the leadership path, she worked for many years as a software developer. Katarzyna is a strong advocate of setting the standards for engineering excellence and promoting best practices. Flexible in approach, she successfully combines corporate and start-up experience.
With more than 20 years of experience in technology and engineering leadership, Kris has built and scaled global engineering teams across Europe and the Middle East. Starting his career as a software engineer, he progressed into senior leadership roles, founding engineering hubs in Poland and helping launch one of the region’s first digital banking experiences. Passionate about leadership, mentoring, and talent development, Kris brings extensive experience in building high-performing teams and driving innovation within fast-paced technology environments.
With more than 24 years of experience in product development and over 15 years in engineering leadership, Andrei has led cross-functional teams across engineering, product, quality, and customer support in global technology organisations. At Splunk, he leads part of the Data Management organisation, focusing on execution, quality, organisational effectiveness, and the delivery of AI-based products. His experience spans cloud software, mobile, Edge AI, industrial IoT, and connected devices, with leadership roles at companies including Splunk, Mapbox, Octonion, PIQ, and HTC. Alongside product delivery, Andrei is passionate about leadership development, leading through change, and modern GenAI product architecture.
With 20 years of experience in software engineering, including 18 years in leadership roles, Michał has built and led high-performing engineering teams across global tech companies. At BlackLine, he leads the Invoice-to-Cash product portfolio and serves as site lead for the company’s new engineering hub in Kraków. Prior to BlackLine, Michał played a key role in building Apptio’s Kraków engineering site from the ground up, growing it to nearly 200 employees, alongside holding senior leadership positions at Akamai and Sabre. His experience spans scaling teams, driving engineering excellence, and building strong technology organisations.
