    With over 8 years experience in technology recruitment, I’m dedicated to building diverse, high-performing teams and inclusive communities across Europe. My passion for DEIB goes beyond women in tech, embracing intersectionality across LGBTQIA+, neurodiversity, racial equity, and other underrepresented groups. I’ve spoken at events such as DevOpsCon and WeAreDevelopers, and continue to grow communities that educate, empower, and drive lasting change in the industry.

    Sasha Goebbels

    Sasha Göbbels (she/her)

    Senior Engineering Manager at Overleaf

    Sasha transitioned from a PhD in Theoretical Chemistry directly into software development, building systems for telecommunications, aviation, and federal agencies. Her passion for web development led her into leadership roles, where she discovered that empowering people is even more rewarding than writing code. A two-time company co-founder, Sasha now serves as Senior Engineering Manager at Overleaf/Digital Science. She is a proud trans femme leader committed to fostering inclusive technical environments.

    Corina Dumanovschi

    Corina Dumanovschi (she/her)

    Senior Product Management Lead at refurbed

    Corina is a Product Leader dedicated to building sustainable consumer journeys. She brings extensive experience across e-commerce, marketplaces, and fintech, notably scaling transactional experiences like Pay & Ship at OLX Group. Beyond her technical expertise, Corina is a passionate advocate for inclusion, education, and diversity. She actively supports community-building as a member of Women Techmakers Berlin, bridging the gap between impactful product development and social responsibility.

    Lisa Pollmann

    Lisa is an HR professional with nearly a decade of experience partnering with global technology teams at TUI. Her expertise spans Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, and Emerging Tech Talent Development. Throughout her career, she has remained focused on empowering diverse talent and creating inclusive career pathways. Outside of her corporate role, Lisa volunteers as a mentor, dedicated to supporting and elevating tech talent from underserved and marginalized communities.

    Irina is a seasoned engineering leader with 20 years of experience in software development and a decade spent leading high-performing teams. By scaling massive consumer platforms, Irina effectively bridges the gap between ambitious product goals and technical excellence. A dedicated mentor, she believes that sustainable engineering success is always rooted in people-first leadership.

    Linda leads the technical Pre-Sales Solution Architect teams across Central and Southern Europe for Databricks. With a background spanning Salesforce, Teradata, and her own entrepreneurial ventures, she excels at fostering regional growth and building strong cross-functional partnerships. Her unique academic foundation in business, marketing, and informatics allows her to navigate complex technical sales and operations with ease, consistently delivering high-impact results through strategic people management and customer-centric leadership.
