Tomasz also lectures at the University of Science and Technology, is an Advisory Board Member at Jagiellonian University, and regularly speaks at leading global IT conferences.
Slawomir is a versatile and results-driven Software Development Director with 25+ years of experience, including 20+ in management roles across AI, Machine Learning, DevOps, and enterprise applications. Skilled in leading global teams across development, testing, support, and project management, with a strong track record in analytics, data integration, IT monitoring, and performance management. Slawomir is recognized for strategic leadership, problem-solving, and team motivation, with an MBA and extensive experience managing multinational, cross-cultural teams.
Lukasz Domoradzki is an IT leader with 15+ years of experience in driving change within large organizations. Since 2013, he has led IT delivery centers and tech hubs in roles at UPM-Kymmene, Epam, Stefanini, and GE HealthCare (since 2020). Known for his skills in collaboration and partnership-building, he focuses on improving service delivery and fostering continuous improvement. As a mentor, Lukasz has helped many professionals reskill and grow, making a strong impact on tech ecosystems.
Krystyna is a seasoned leader with 20+ years of management experience in international companies. As Head of the Technology Center at Hitachi Energy, she also serves as a Company Transformation Advisor and Crisis Coach & Mentor. Starting as a software developer, she has spent 16+ years building and leading IT teams. Her expertise in crisis management and leadership development has made her a trusted advisor across the USA, Europe, and Asia. A strong advocate for employee-focused company culture, Krystyna specializes in high-efficiency teams and growth-oriented leadership. She also drives initiatives supporting diversity in tech and future skills development for students and teachers
Greg has 18+ years in software development and 12+ years leading and scaling global engineering teams. He has driven growth from 10 to 100+ engineers while building scalable, mission-critical products in Fintech, AI, cybersecurity, and more. With experience at Cisco, HSBC, ABB, startups, and entrepreneurship, Greg is strategic, tech-savvy, and people-centric. He excels at fostering strong engineering cultures, ensuring psychological safety, and delivering innovative SaaS solutions using modern architectures like microservices and distributed systems.
An Engineering Director with 20+ years in software development and management, I excel in leading large, global teams and driving SaaS operations. As Delivery & Engineering Director at Backbase Poland, I enhance processes and customer engagement. Previously, I built a development center at OpenJaw Technologies Polska and led major e-commerce projects at Sabre Holdings. I have held leadership roles at IBM, MrTed, APRISO, Deltavista, and The Polished Group, managing teams of 15 to 150. With a Master’s in Computer Science from AGH University, I focus on motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and developing future leaders.
