    I’m an experienced recruitment professional with a focus on SAP and IT talent across Europe, particularly in C-level and technology leadership roles. My background spans executive search for organisations undergoing digital transformation, with a regional focus on the DACH area, Scandinavia, Poland, and the UK. Now a Principal Consultant at Cavendish Professionals, I specialise in connecting high-caliber candidates with clients in the DACH region.

    I believe that recruitment goes beyond matching technical skills—it’s about understanding each candidate’s motivations and ambitions, and aligning them with the mission, values, and objectives of my clients. By engaging transparently with both candidates and clients, I build trust-based relationships that lead to successful, long-term placements.

    Outside of work: I value staying active and balanced, spending my time with my dog, meeting friends, and practising yoga and Pilates.
