    I lead the UK Contract Construction & Engineering division at Cavendish Professionals, overseeing contract workforce delivery across RC Frame, Infrastructure, Residential Towers, Data Centres and large-scale mixed-use developments.

    Having been with the business since its inception, I have established long-term partnerships with leading contractors across the UK. My focus is on delivering structured, scalable recruitment solutions that support programme certainty, commercial performance and sustained growth.

    I work closely with senior stakeholders to align workforce strategy with operational objectives, ensuring reliable and compliant contract supply across complex projects.
