    Customer Care Coordinator

    Our client is a well-established brickwork, roofing and scaffolding sub-contractor based in the south east. They have vast experience in commercial, domestic, or residential projects.

    They are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their team. The successful applicant will also be required to provide some accounts support.

    This role is crucial in ensuring their customers receive exceptional service, maintaining accurate financials records, and managing their social media. There is a key emphasis within this role to grow their chargeable works within customer care.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and account support.

    Customer Care Management:

    • Growing their customer care division, including growth of the chargeable customer care works to include growing our customer base, cold calling and online sourcing.
    • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, and client portals)
    • Co-ordinate remedial works between different trades.
    • Tracking of all works from start to finish.
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the whole process, including a close out call to make sure the customer is satisfied with the works.
    • Invoicing and entering of orders via the online system.

    Posting of Invoices and Reconciliation of Supplier Accounts:

    • Accurately post invoices and credit notes onto the accounting software.
    • Reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted along with month end statements.
    • Work closely with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions.

    Processing Internal Expenses:

    • Manage and process employee expense reports, collating and costing our receipts.
    • Ensure all expenses are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Monitor and report on expenditure to maintain budget control.

    Social Media Management:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
    • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on various social media platforms.
    • Monitor social media channels for customer interactions and respond appropriately.

    Office location: Woking

    Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.


    • Professional qualifications – beneficial
    • Previous customer service/support experience
    • Experience within the construction industry – desirable
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Car driver – due to office location
