    Lead Scrum/Agile GenAI

    As a GenAI Scrum/Agile Senior Lead you will:

    • Communicate within a cross-functional team of developers
    • Prepare and communicate project reports to stakeholders
    • Maintain project plans and critical path sequences, seek the costs and time efficiency
    • Be responsible for setting up and maintaining development team culture
    • Be responsible for facilitating SCRUM events
    • Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress;
    • Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality
    • Support the team to bring the best solutions

    Activities may include:

    • Strive to develop a team into a high-performing, self-managed team, with high-level of trust, openness and ownership
    • Help to keep the Development team focused (via using techniques like clear sprint goal setting, relative estimation, probabilistic forecasting, backlog visualization, quantitative and qualitative metrics etc.)
    • Ensure a proper power balance between Product Owner, Development Team, Management
    • Support improvement of development culture
    • Help to organize Development Team meetings
    • Cope with the set of installed processes (Scrum Maturity Assessment, Team and Delivery reporting)

    Who are we looking for:

    • You are a certified Scrum Master/Product Owner
    • You have strong knowledge and proven experience of Agile methodology in general and especially in Scrum framework within a corporate environment
    • Own hands on development experience is a huge advantage
    • You ideally have a degree in psychology, social sciences, computer science or in a related field
    • You have understanding of development culture and end-to-end engineering lifecycle. You are experience with setting of practices to help teams build, test and release software faster and more reliably and how to navigate release challenges
    • You must be a friendly communicative person
    • Fluent in English
