    Product Owner

    We are working with a leading consultant who is looking for a Product Owner for one of their client’s projects.

    Requirements:

    • Agile Delivery Skills (Scrum, Kanban)
    • Agile Methodology
    • Product Innovation Strategy
    • Test and Learn Optimization Strategy
    • Software Product Management
    • Experience in a Product Owner/Manager role
    • Experience leading agile teams through the end-to-end delivery lifecycle
    • Agile and Lean frameworks (i.e. Scrum/Kanban methodology experience)
    • Not mandatory but ideally a relevant certification/qualification (i.e. Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner)
    • Analytical mindset – working with analytics dashboards to define success criteria, monitor performance and impact, provide insights

    Responsibilities:

    • Product vision & roadmap setting
    • Backlog curation & prioritisation
    • KPI definition, optimisation & product performance metrics
    • Defining scope at the ‘story’ level with the team, including acceptance criteria and descriptions
    • Identifying and highlighting changes in scope against the agreed Minimum Viable Product to the Chief Product Owner and Delivery Lead
    • Facilitating providing design documentation to align with User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) designs
    • Defining and prioritizing the features of the product and ensuring its successful delivery.
    • Collaborating closely with stakeholders, development teams, and other key stakeholders to drive product development initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Working with analytics dashboards to define success criteria, monitor performance and impact, providing insights and communicating to the Chief Product Owner and Delivery Lead.
