    Project Manager – Germany

    We are currently looking for a Project Site Manager for one of our exciting clients who specialises in complex building refurbishment, restoration and enhancement projects throughout London and the South East.

    They are particularly keen to speak with someone who has experience in the construction of Data Centres in the UK or Europe, and looking to start someone ASAP for a project in Hamburg, Germany.

    This is full time contract position. Permanent contract available also.
    Monday – Saturday
    10-12 hour working days (full shift paid)
    Start date: ASAP

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Managing and controlling all day to day activities as well as ensuring the completion of tasks are within allocated time frames.
    • A good understanding of Health and Safety regulations and enforcing strict practical and administrative adherence.
    • Approx. 14months work
    • Travel and Accommodation will be covered.
    • Daily food allowance also provided.
    • Working 6 days per week.

    Qualifications:

    • Must hold valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
    • Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager
    • Experience dealing with contractors at all levels
    • Date Centre experience – desirable
    • Right to Work in Europe.
    • Strong communication and management skills
    • Excel
    • Microsoft
    • Working references – essential.
