    Our client is looking for an experienced Senior QA Lead Engineer to drive quality strategy, lead distributed QA teams, and ensure high-performance delivery across complex, large-scale systems.

    Requirements

    • 6+ years of experience in QA Engineering.
    • Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (pytest, GoogleTest, Selenium).
    • Experience testing in AWS environments.
    • Proven leadership experience managing distributed QA teams.
    • Strong background in performance testing and regression prevention.
    • Experience validating software impact on build systems, IDEs, and compilation speed.
    • Ability to work with large-scale codebases and complex integrations.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills and ownership mindset.

    Role & Responsibilities

    • Lead and coordinate distributed QA teams, ensuring high-quality delivery across projects.
    • Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks (pytest, GoogleTest, Selenium).
    • Drive performance impact testing to ensure tools do not slow down builds, compilation, or IDE performance.
    • Oversee integration testing for large-scale codebases and complex build systems.
    • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify risks early and improve product quality.
    • Ensure testing coverage across AWS environments and cloud-based systems.
    • Define QA strategies, processes, and best practices.
    • Review test plans, test cases, and automation results, ensuring consistent standards.
    • Act as a quality advocate, proactively identifying issues and proposing improvements.
    • Support team members and encourage continuous learning and growth.
