    Quantity Surveyor

    Our client is a reputable London-based construction company. They provide a number of different solutions to construction projects from structural alterations of existing buildings to creating a completely new build.

    Some of the services they provide are RC Frames, groundworks, structural alterations, specialist diamond cutting and breaking, refurbishments, demolition & strip-out.

    They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a permanent basis.

    The head office is in Arnos Grove, London.

    Very competitive package on offer for the right individual.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
    • 2+ years’ experience as a quantity surveyor within a similar type of contractor
    • Ideally previous experience working within the sectors listed above
    • Quantity surveying experience within other sectors will also be considered
    • Strong IT, analytical, communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
    • Happy to undertake site visits when required
    • Multi-tasker who remains calm and effective under pressure
    • Car driver – desirable
    • Working references – required
