    Quantity Surveyor – Fit Out

    Our client is a principal contractor who offer a full construction service. They have extensive experience across a wide range of market sectors including – Commercial, Retail, Distribution, Residential and Education.

    They predominantly service a broad range of blue-chip clients and due to a busy start to 2023, they are now looking for at least two Quantity Surveyors (fit out) to join the team on a permanent basis.

    The client’s head office is based within north west London.

    Hybrid working can be discussed upon successful completion of the probation period.

    Criteria:

    • BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
    • 2+ years’ experience as a quantity surveyor within a similar type of fit out contractor – desirable
    • Ideally previous experience working within the retail sector (fast paced/large volume) – desirable
    • Quantity surveying experience within other sectors will also be considered
    • Strong IT, analytical, communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
    • Happy to undertake site visits when required
    • Multi-tasker who remains calm and effective under pressure
    • Car driver – desirable
    • Working references – required
