    Our client is a global tech company looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join their growing Emerging Tech team on a 12 Month remote Contract

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
    • Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and large-scale Neural Networks
    • Hands-on experience with Generative AI (RAG, vector databases, LangChain, LlamaIndex, agentic frameworks)
    • Advanced Python skills with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn
    • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP also considered)
    • Understanding of the full ML lifecycle, including MLOps/DataOps practices
    • Experience with probabilistic modelling (e.g., Bayesian networks, graphical models)
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and train transformer-based models for text and image applications
    • Design and manage the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle (data preparation, modelling, deployment, monitoring)
    • Build rapid prototypes, demos, and proof-of-concepts using emerging technologies
    • Support the development of AI assets (e.g., plugins) aligned with broader AI strategy
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
    • Contribute to ongoing AI research and innovation initiatives
    • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and emerging technologies
