    Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

    We are currently recruiting for Senior Ruby on Rails Developer located within EU for our high end client based in Latvia.

    Requirements:

    • Ruby on Rails
    • AWS
    • Kubernetes
    • English level B2+.

    Desirable:

    • Kafka
    • SQS
    • Terraform
    • Redis
    • MySQL
    • PostgreSQL
    • React basics.

    Skills:

    • Ability to work on different tasks at the same time
    • High sense of responsibility and accountability for work
    • Transparent communication, documentation writing.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Scoping of the project, finding solutions, negotiations with stakeholders, release to production environment, testing, taking care of quality of code and working on improvement of product and processes, keeping JIRA board tidy, taking part in weekly calls.
    • Willingness to perform on on-call duties: ad hoc tasks, hot fixes, cooperation with internal customer support.
