Our client is a specialist design and build contractor who specialise in different sectors across their projects. Some of these projects include new builds, refurbishments, conversions and specialist basements.
They have a new exciting project to start in April 2023 to start in the heart of Kensington, London.
This project will entail the demolition of two existing residential units, and a conversion into one luxury residential building.
They are looking to for an experienced Senior Site Manager/Project Manager with strong basement experience to come in and head up this project.
This project will require careful excavation, a large amount of temporary works, in addition to advanced drainage. Its integral that the successful candidate has done a similar project before.
Duration is 45 weeks.
Rate – dependent upon experience.
Monday – Friday, with possible Saturdays further down the line.
