    Site Finishing Manager

    Our client is a dynamic multidisciplinary design and build construction company who work across the following sectors: fit out, residential and commercial.

    Our client currently has a live project in Purley, South Croydon and they are looking for a Site Finishing Manager to join the project on a contract basis.

    The successful candidate will need to know how carpentry, mechanical/plumbing, electrical, skimming and taping & joining, flooring and painting works are required to be completed. They are constructing a building with 106 flats.

    Monday – Saturday.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a site finishing manager
    • Worked with some reputable contractors
    • Familiar working on residential type projects, flats in particular
    • Valid CSCS, SMSTS and first aid
    • Further qualifications are advantageous
    • Strong work ethic, communication and leadership skills
    • Working references – essential
    • Experience in the trades listed above
