    Site Manager

    Our client is a reputable construction company who are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a project based in St Pauls.

    This project is 6 months in duration and due to start in July.

    Project value is approx. £10m

    The role requires a full Cat A & B Office Refurbishment. Main scope of work will consist of strip out, refurb and fit out.

    Skills & Requirements:

    • Valid Black CSCS Card
    • Valid SMSTS and First Aid qualification
    • Proven experience as a Site Manager on a similar project
    • Ideally experience working on projects in the value of £5m – 10m.
    • Experience working on commercial projects
    • Good communication and leadership skills
    • Working references – essential
    • Will be required to interview with the client.
