    Managing Quantity Surveyor

    Our main contractor client is looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their team. They have an exciting new project in the works.

    This 400 plus unit superstructure is being built in Kensington & Chelsea. Being built on top of an existing & live carpark.

    This contractor provides a generous travel package. As well as the other benefits of permanent role.

    The Project:

    • Large scale residential project in central West London.
    • Contribute to the building this large-scale private housing scheme.
    • Immerse yourself in a residential RC Frame environment.

    About the Role:

    • Join a dynamic team at a prestigious contracting firm.
    • Play a crucial role in a large-scale refurbishment project.
    • Utilize your 5+ years of experience in similar contracting environments.
    • Leverage your strong IT, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Demonstrate your ability to thrive under pressure and work independently and collaboratively.
    • Knowledge of PowerProjects or MS Projects.

    Qualifications:

    • BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
    • Chartered Member of RICS
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
    • Experience in RC Frame town centre developments, or related sectors.
    • Strong technical, communication, and teamwork skills essential.
