    Our client is a reputable contractor who specialise in brickwork, roofing and scaffolding. They work on large scale projects all across the south of England. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Roofing Contracts Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

    The successful applicant will be expected to manage the construction side of their roofing contracts across the south of England.

    Other responsibilities will include: organising labour, monitoring health & safety, dealing with the site based client representative (project manager, site manager, etc) ensure project are delivered on time and to budget, completing all elements of quality assurance and reporting back to the management team.

    Lucrative salary and package on offer for the right individual.

    Criteria:

    • Valid CSCS card
    • SMSTS
    • Any further management qualifications
    • Extensive experience as a site roofer
    • Previous experience as a Roofing Site/Project/Contracts Manager
    • Strong communication skills
    • Car driver
