    Our client is modernizing a large fleet management platform and is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (.NET & React) to join a co-delivery team focused on its Supply Chain domain.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Strong, hands-on .NET/C# and React development experience, with significant full-stack software engineering background.

    • Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience, including Azure SQL and Cosmos DB, plus experience with Entity Framework and Dapper for data access.

    • Experience building enterprise-grade React single-page applications and microfrontend architectures, and designing and consuming APIs.

    • Track record modernizing or decomposing large enterprise applications, with a strong grasp of software design, testing, and maintainability.

    • Practical, everyday use of AI-assisted engineering tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot, with the ability to explain how they accelerate design, coding, refactoring, testing, debugging, and documentation.

    • Strong communication and client collaboration skills, with experience working in agile engineering teams.


    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Build across the stack – Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET/C# and React, owning both backend services/APIs and frontend delivery.

    • Modernize a complex platform – Contribute to the modernization and modular decomposition of a large enterprise platform, working with traditional and modular React frontend architectures.

    • Own the data layer – Develop data-access components using Entity Framework and Dapper, working with Azure SQL and Cosmos DB.

    • Co-deliver with the client – Collaborate directly with client engineers in a co-delivery model, participating in agile ceremonies, sprint delivery, technical design, code reviews, and testing.

    • Engineer with AI – Use AI development tools to accelerate design, coding, refactoring, debugging, testing, and documentation, while validating AI-generated code for correctness, security, and alignment with engineering standards.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Supply chain, fleet management, logistics, or other operational platform experience.

    • Modernization of large monolithic systems, with domain-driven or modular application architecture.

    • Experience working with distributed US and offshore engineering teams.

    • Experience supporting clients in the early stages of AI-assisted SDLC adoption.
