Our client is looking for a highly professional and collaborative Senior FullStack Engineer to join their development team. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality software while working effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
Skills and Requirements:
- Very good command of English for daily communication with international teams.
- Strong consultant mindset, with the ability to propose innovations, explain the reasons for change and guide non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with teams operating in the US time zone. Standard working hours extend to approximately 6 pm CET, with longer overlap with the US team preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, including a focus on development testing and adherence to established ways of working.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, taking accountability for assigned development areas and being proud of the quality of delivered work.
- Ability to confidently present yourself and communicate the work delivered by you or your team.
- Proactive approach to communication, including raising blockers early, following up on open topics and actively helping colleagues.
- A strong “can-do” attitude and commitment to teamwork.
- Ability to receive negative feedback constructively and provide constructive feedback by clearly explaining the problem, suggesting improvements and highlighting the benefits.
- Strong experience with .NET Core and C#.
- Experience with Angular and NgRx, together with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Knowledge of WebAPI and ASP.NET MVC.
- Experience with microservices, Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of Entity Framework Core, Unit of Work and Repository patterns.
- Experience with MS SQL, NoSQL databases and Redis.
- Familiarity with MediatR and Dependency Injection in .NET Core.
- Experience with Azure, including App Service, Service Bus, Functions and SQL Database.
- Experience with unit and integration testing using xUnit.
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms including OAuth and JWT.
- Experience with profiling tools, static code analysis tools and application troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Postman, Fiddler and Web Developer Tools.
- Working knowledge of Node.js and npm as a user.

- Drive continuous improvement – Identify opportunities to improve development processes, propose new tools or approaches and clearly communicate the expected benefits.
- Apply modern engineering practices – Work with .NET Core, Angular, microservices, Azure and containerisation technologies to develop scalable and maintainable enterprise solutions.
- Maintain technical excellence – Apply appropriate design patterns, architectural principles, testing practices and development standards to deliver robust software.
- Support constructive feedback – Give and receive feedback in a professional and constructive manner, focusing on clearly identifying problems, suggesting practical improvements and explaining their value.
- Work internationally – Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders in the US time zone while maintaining strong communication and teamwork across distributed teams.
