    Our client is a global consulting firm looking for an experienced GCP & Azure Cloud Engineer to drive a high-stakes initiative on a 12 month B2B contract.

    Skills and Requirements:

    * Deep, hands-on GCP expertise: Organization Policy Service, IAM, VPC Service Controls, and GKE.
    * Working knowledge of Azure enterprise architecture: Management Groups, Azure Policy, and Azure Lighthouse delegated management.
    * Strong Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) skills covering modules, state management, and multi-environment delivery.
    * Experience with GitOps methodologies and tools (Flux or ArgoCD) for pipeline-driven deployments.
    * Proven track record of multi-tenant or multi-client platform deployments in regulated industries.
    * Solid understanding of multi-cloud control-plane / data-plane separation, cross-tenant management, and data sovereignty regulations.
    * Nice-to-have skills: AWS (Organizations, Control Tower), observability tools (Grafana, Telegraf, Prometheus), Customer-Managed Encryption Keys (CMEK/CMK), and GenAI/RAG workload deployment.
    * Relevant certifications (e.g., GCP Professional Cloud Architect / DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
    * Excellent English communication skills to collaborate with global stakeholders and solution architects.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    * Stand up client-plane data environments in GCP and connect them to an existing operational Azure control plane.
    * Design and deploy repeatable, policy-enforced landing zones and tenant onboarding patterns for client data planes.
    * Author and enforce Organization Policies to allow management actions while strictly preventing exfiltration of client data.
    * Manage cross-cloud management access (GCP IAM and Azure Lighthouse) and deploy metadata-only telemetry (Grafana / Telegraf).
    * Own Terraform modules and Flux GitOps workflows for all client-plane infrastructure.
    * Define client prerequisites for engagement kickoffs and support incident response, versioning, and upgrades across client environments.
