    Our client is a global consulting firm looking for an experienced Lead Fullstack Developer to drive a high-stakes initiative: building an AI-native engineering platform on a 12 month B2B contract.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Proven leadership experience managing Scrum teams (4-6 people) with a “Player-Coach” mindset.
    • Deep expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC Core, and WebAPI.
    • Hands-on experience with frontend stacks: React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
    • Solid backend architecture background: Microservices, Entity Framework Core, Repository Pattern, MediatR.
    • Practical experience with cloud-native delivery: Azure, Docker, Kubernetes.
    • Strong analytical skills with a focus on databases (MS SQL, NoSQL, Redis) and performance profiling.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with a consultant-like ability to guide non-technical stakeholders through complex AI transformations.
    • Willingness to complete a HackerRank technical challenge.
    • Practical knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline optimization, security protocols (OWASP, OAuth, JWT), and familiarity with PowerBI, SSRS, or reporting automation tools are pluses.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and foster a high-performance culture within a Scrum team of 4-6 developers/testers.
    • Serve as the primary technical liaison with client stakeholders, defining project scope and architectural direction.
    • Drive the development of AI-native tools and automation frameworks to streamline the SDLC.
    • Deliver high-quality production code in .NET Core (C#) and React.
    • Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance while managing E2E delivery.
    • Advocate for modern engineering practices: design patterns, clean architecture, and rigorous CI/CD.
