    Our client is a global innovation-led organisation looking for a Lead Fullstack (Golang/React) Developer to join their cutting-edge engineering team on a 12 month contract.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Advanced degree preferred).
    • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development with deep full-stack expertise.
    • Significant backend engineering experience in Golang, REST, and gRPC.
    • Strong frontend development skills utilizing ReactJS, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
    • Database management experience in PostgreSQL, including writing complex SQL/PL-SQL queries and performance optimization.
    • Proven experience leading, supervising, and mentoring cross-functional, remote, and distributed development teams.
    • Hands-on infrastructure experience with Azure Services, Azure Kubernetes (AKS), Azure Redis, Azure Blob, and Azure CI/CD/ADO pipelines.
    • Familiarity with DevOps processes, containerization (Docker), cloud-native multi-tenant architectures, and tools like Meilisearch.
    • Experience using modern Gen AI productivity environments (such as Microsoft Copilot & Cursor IDE) to accelerate software delivery cycles.
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing and resolving critical client-impacting technical issues under pressure.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Own the technical roadmap implementation for a cutting-edge insurance fraud detection SaaS platform, focusing on performance, scalability, and modular configurability.
    • Drive the platform’s end-to-end technical decisions, balancing immediate infrastructure needs with long-term architectural scalability.
    • Supervise, assign, review, and approve full-stack developers’ work, stepping in as a hands-on contributor when necessary to meet critical release deadlines.
    • Design and deliver complex, modular features using a shared codebase approach to seamlessly accommodate a diverse enterprise client base.
    • Develop and maintain high-performance backend services in Golang and collaborate with frontend teams on React/TypeScript UI elements.
    • Partner with data science and analytics teams to design, integrate, and deploy advanced AI-driven capabilities that enhance fraud detection accuracy and automation.
    • Coordinate and act as the primary technical liaison among cross-functional US, EU, and India-based engineering teams to align strategies and accelerate delivery velocity.
    • Lead comprehensive code reviews, advocate for robust coding standards, documentation, and data privacy security protocols throughout the software development lifecycle.
    • Implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, container deployments, and automated testing frameworks to ensure operational resilience.
