    Our client is Europe’s largest and fastest-growing digital consumer lending company, looking for a Network Administrator to join their cutting-edge team on a permanent contract in Latvia.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Strong knowledge of core networking services (DNS, DHCP) and protocols such as IP, TCP/UDP, IPSec, BGP, and RADIUS (IEEE 802.1X).
    • Proven commercial experience with Fortigate and Aruba enterprise hardware.
    • Practical engineering experience with cloud platforms, primarily AWS.
    • Demonstrated ability in designing and implementing high-availability and failover solutions for network infrastructure.
    • Strong network troubleshooting, packet analysis, and debugging skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Latvian.
    • Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and an analytical mindset.
    • Valid EU citizenship or the current right to work in Latvia is strictly required.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Resolve network issues reported by users and monitoring systems in a timely, efficient manner.
    • Monitor network performance, identify infrastructure weaknesses, and proactively troubleshoot anomalies.
    • Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade core network equipment and corporate infrastructure.
    • Support the implementation and integration of new cloud-native network solutions and third-party services.
    • Collaborate with internal development, security, and external vendors to support complex integrations.
    • Enhance overall network security architecture in collaboration with the Information Security team, including supporting audits.
    • Perform routine backup operations, disaster recovery protocols, and failover procedures.
    • Maintain highly accurate configuration records and technical operational documentation.
