    Our client is a global consulting firm looking for experienced SAP BTP Integration L2 Operations (L2 & L3 Levels) to drive a high-stakes initiative on a Permanent Contract.

    Skills and Requirements:
    * Proven experience in 24×7 operational support, L2 incident management, service request resolution, and operational issue triage.
    * Hands-on technical experience with SAP BTP and SAP Integration technologies (including SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration, API Management, Integration Advisor, or Data Services).
    * Proficiency with ITSM and ticketing platforms, specifically ServiceNow.
    * Solid working knowledge of monitoring and observability tools for platform health checks and event analysis.
    * Strong networking fundamentals, including DNS, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, firewalls, and load balancing.
    * Demonstrated experience handling major incident support, impact assessment, escalation procedures, and post-incident follow-ups.
    * Strong documentation skills for creating and updating runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
    * Experience supporting software deployments, system upgrades, patching, and platform validation activities.
    * Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.

    Role and Responsibilities:
    * Provide 24×7 operational support for SAP BTP Integration services to ensure service stability, high availability, and operational continuity.
    * Perform event analysis, alert triage, and timely escalation to next-level support or product teams when necessary.
    * Execute routine operational procedures, scheduled maintenance activities, health checks, and platform validations.
    * Support smooth software deployments, upgrades, patches, and release implementations across integrated environments.
    * Take ownership of L2 incident resolution and service requests while maintaining strict SLAs in ServiceNow.
    * Participate in major incident management, assisting with impact assessments, stakeholder communication, service restoration, and root cause analysis.
    * Continuous maintenance and authoring of technical documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting knowledge articles.
