    Our client is a global consulting firm looking for an experienced Process Manager to drive a high-stakes enterprise process transformation initiative on a 12 month B2B contract.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • 10+ years of proven delivery experience in large-scale Business Process Management (BPM) and Process Improvement (BPI) transformations.
    • Deep mastery of BPM methodology and tooling: BPMN, Lean/Six Sigma, value-stream mapping, Signavio, LeanIX, process mining, and workflow/RPA automation tools.
    • Strong technical fluency in SAP process and data structures, integration patterns, and cloud/data platform basics to align designs with enterprise architecture.
    • Expertise in quantitative diagnostics, hypothesis testing, experiment design, business casing, and benefits tracking.
    • Proven track record in process governance, RACI mapping, release/change management, and Organizational Change Management (OCM).
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; formal BPM/CI certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, BPMN) or Project Management credentials.
    • Exceptional executive-grade communication skills (Pyramid Principle) and operational clarity to translate data insights into actionable front-line SOPs.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the End-to-End Performance Owner, defining and achieving process KPIs including cycle time, FTR, throughput, unit cost, defect rate, and compliance.
    • Model and redesign to-be workflows in BPMN using diagnostic insights from process mining and data triangulation.
    • Establish robust operational controls, SLAs, and automation capabilities across interconnected O2C, P2P, R2R, and logistics domains.
    • Align process changes with SAP and adjacent enterprise platforms, owning Signavio/LeanIX repositories, reference models, and change governance.
    • Maintain and prioritize process backlogs, ROI value cases, and release plans across multi-region global variants.
    • Map risks to controls, enforce segregation of duties (SoD), ensure strict auditability, and lead OCM adoption through playbooks and BPO/SME role certifications.
    • Produce executive summaries, heatmaps, and A/B experiment evaluations to adjust transformation roadmaps in real time.
